  • Klr 650 Front Sprocket Removal, I think I know what tools I'm going to need - a 27mm socket for the front sprocket and rear axle bolt, a 12mm socket for the bolts on the rear sprocket and a torque wrench - is there anything else I should watch out for, what problems am I likely to hit and what troubleshooting advice do you have? Thanks in advance, Ride safe. the front sprocket was slightly wobbly on the peg before removal. That worked really good and effortless to remove nut leaning over bike with a 3/4 drive short breaker bar. The engine was blown, I’ve never replaced the motor on a bike before. Install wasn’t to difficult. Any ideas would be gratefully recieved.
